⑬ Install the return spring (2) on the secondary
shoe (1).
⑭ Install the brake pipe to the wheel cylinder.
⑮ Secure the primary shoe (1) and the secondary
shoe (2) in place with the hold pins (3) and
the spring retainers (4).
⑯ Measure the inner diameter (a) of the brake
drum and the outer diameter (b) of the shoe
assembly.
Adjust the adjuster (1) so that (a) - (b) equals
1.0 mm [0.04 in.].
