■ REASSEMBLY
① Reassembling control valve
1) Install the spool into the valve housing,
aligning the “P” mark on the valve housing
with the end of the spool that has a smaller
chamfer on the inner diameter.
2) Install the reaction pistons and centering
springs in the valve body.
② Hold the gear case in a vise and apply grease
to the oil seal in the gear case.
③ Install the ball nut assembly in the gear case,
with the rack gear section facing up.
