Sets the diameter of the displayed circle. The unit is the percent of active
picture height. You can s et the diameter from 0% to 100% in 1% steps. You
can also use MIN, MAX, or DEF instead of a numeric value.

:OUTPut1:CIRCle:POSition:H ORizontal <numeric_value>
Sets the horizontal position of the circle as it appears on
the active signal.

a numeric value.

Returns the current horizontal position of the circle as it appears on the active
