The surface increment, related to a measuring problem, is a probe
constant and must therefore be determined anew for each design.
9.7.4 Adjustment
The digital probes allow direct measurement and signal conversion in
the probe. This technology means that measurement uncertainty
caused by the instrument is no longer an issue. The probe can be
calibrated without a handheld instrument. Entering the
adjustment/calibration data generates a zero-error display.
The probe is connected to the testo 400.
