2. Then you have to select the zone to run PTC from the Mode menu:
a. In MAIN Menu go to MODE,
b.Press SELECT and NEXT to display PRECISION TEMPERATURE CONTROL ZONE OFF,
c. Press SELECT and "+" to display the required zone (2 or 3),
d.Press YES to validate,
e. HMI displays PRECISION TEMPERATURE ZONE 2 or 3 (below picture shows PTC active for zone 2).
Only one zone can be activated in the Mode menu, the other zone will control as normal.
Main Features Available
PTC is defined as frequent cycling of the LLS feeding the evaporator to provide improved control of the return air in the remote
zone.
A benefit of reducing the amplitude of oscillations of the return air is that the oscillation amplitude of the discharge air will
also be reduced, reducing the likelihood of top-freeze.
