Why can't I access the Internet on my TM Gateway?

There could be several reasons why you can't access the internet. Check that the LED indicators on the network device connected to the wireless router are normal and that the WAN indicator is on. If the WAN indicator is off, ensure the cable connected to the WAN interface isn't loose. Also, verify that the Internet indicator is always white; if it is, the wireless router has successfully accessed the Internet. Other potential solutions include rebooting your computer, setting the device again, checking the encryption settings of your wireless network, ensuring your PC can obtain an IP address, and verifying your LAN settings do not use a proxy server.
