To detach the batteries:
Using the clip at the top of the battery, gently pull down and out to
detach the battery from the receiver (Figure 2-15).

To assemble the AA battery shell (Figure 2-16):
1. Slide the back cover of the AA battery shell down and lift off.
Do not use rechargeable AA batteries.
Do not use the AA battery shell when the radio
modem is in transmitter mode.
