BASIC OPERATION
FLOW OF OPERATION
DATA INPUT
Data input from the auto refractometer
When the TOPCON auto refractometer (RM) or auto kerato-refractometer (KR) is connected, the
measured value is automatically transferred to KB-50 by printing in RM.
1 Measure the patient's eye with RM/KR.
Refer to the instruction manual of RM/KR.
2 When the measured value is obtained, press the print switch of RM/KR.
The measured value is printed and is automatically transferred to the memory of the controller.
Data input from the lens meter (CL)
When the TOPCON lens meter (CL) is connected, the measured value is automatically transferred
to KB-50 by printing in CL.
1 Measure the refractive power of eyeglasses with CL.
Refer to the instruction manual of CL.
2 When the measured value is obtained, press the print switch of CL.
The measured value is printed and is automatically transferred to the memory of the controller.
Input the data.
