TROUBLE SHOOTING
7 This software doesn't run correctly because
the ROM version of the power supply is not
compatible with this KB-50/CV-5000PC.
Please update the power supply software to
version ××.×× or later.
Update the version of the CV power supply unit to
the specified one.
8 Error! Couldn't get Head-ROM version.
This software may not run correctly.
• The CV power supply unit is connected to the
measuring head, CV-5000, through cable.
Check whether this cable is connected correctly.
• Update the version of the measuring head CV-
5000 to the newest one.
9 This software doesn't run correctly because
the ROM version of the CV-5000 is not com-
patible with this KB-50/CV-5000PC.
Please update the CV-5000 ROM software
to version ××.×× or later.
Update the version of the measuring head CV-
5000 to the specified one.
10 Chart/Mask : Communication ERROR. • Try to set the chart/mask again.
• Check whether the chart connection of KB-50 is
set correctly.
• Check whether the chart connection of the CV
power supply unit is set correctly.
11 Initialize ERROR!!
Do you change the SETTINGS, and con-
tinue?
If you select 'NO', this application will be
EXIT now.
The contents of setting are not correct. Touch the
[Yes] button in the message box and perform one
of the following operations.
• Check the contents of the setting changed last.
• Touch the [Default] button on the setting display
to return the data to the initial set values.
12 Can't reset CV!!
Do you change the SETTINGS, and con-
tinue?
If you select 'NO', this application will be
EXIT now.
The CV power supply unit is connected to the mea-
suring head, CV-5000, through cable.
Check whether this cable is connected correctly.
Then, touch the [Yes] button in the message box to
close the setting display.
13 Can't initialize Comm Port for CV!!
Do you change the SETTINGS, and con-
tinue?
If you select 'NO', this application will be
EXIT now.
Turn on the switch of KB-50 again.
14 CV is not READY!!
Would you like to change the SETTINGS,
and continue?
If you select 'NO', this application will be
QUIT.
• The CV power supply unit is connected to the
measuring head, CV-5000, through cable.
Check whether this cable is connected correctly.
• Turn on the switch of KB-50 again.
15 ERROR: Language DLL is not correct ver-
sion.
The file, which should display the set language,
cannot be used in the KB-50 of the current version.
Update the language file to the newest version.
16 The font for ××× character is not fount on
this system.
The font, which should display the set language, is
not installed in the KB-50 system.
It is necessary to update the Operating System of
KB-50.
17 Fail to get ××× language information. Turn on the switch of KB-50 again.
If the trouble is not solved, it is necessary to
update the Operating System of KB-50.
