18 Fail to get ××× character set information. Turn on the switch of KB-50 again.
If the trouble is not solved, it is necessary to
update the Operating System of KB-50.
19 Paper end.
Please set paper and retry.
Supply the thermal print paper to the printer of the
CV power supply unit.
20 Printout communication ERROR. • Check whether the thermal print paper is set in
the printer of the CV power supply unit.
• Check whether the printer cover of the CV power
supply unit is closed properly.
21 PictBridge Printout ERROR!! • Check whether the printer applicable to Pict-
Bridge is connected to the USB port of the CV
power supply unit correctly.
• Make sure that the switch of the printer applica-
ble to PictBridge is ON.
• Make sure that the print paper is set in the printer
applicable to PictBridge correctly.
22 Serial command error.
ERROR: Reset failure.
Perform resetting manually.
If the trouble is not solved, turn on the switch of
KB-50 again.
23 Serial command error.
ERROR: Data export failure.
• Make sure that the CV power supply unit is cor-
rectly connected to the device, which is the desti-
nation of the data exported from KB-50 with
serial communication, through the serial cable.
• Check whether the setting is correct for the serial
port on the CV power supply unit, which is con-
nected to the device as the output destination.
24 Serial import error.
ERROR: Receive invalid command.
KB-50 cannot recognize the command sent from
the device connected through the serial method.
Update the KB-50 to the newest version.
25 Serial import error.
ERROR: Wrong data identifier.
KB-50 cannot recognize the command sent from
the device connected through the serial method.
Update the KB-50 to the newest version.
26 Serial import error.
ERROR: Command ID conflicts with data.
KB-50 cannot recognize the data sent from the
device connected through the serial method.
Update the device's software to the newest ver-
sion.
27 Serial import error.
ERROR: Receive incomplete data.
The data sent from the device connected through
the serial method cannot be acquired correctly.
• Try to import the data again.
• Update the device's software to the newest ver-
sion.
28 Communication ERROR (Timeout SERIAL
IMPORT).
The data sent from the device connected through
the serial method cannot be acquired correctly
within the set time.
• Try to import the data again. If the trouble is not
solved, turn on the switch of KB-50 again.
• Make sure that the device is connected to the CV
power supply unit through the serial cable cor-
rectly.
• Make sure that the device's software operates
correctly.
