Thank you for purchasing the Auto Kerato-Refractometer KR-800A.
INTENDED USE / INDICATIONS FOR USE
This instrument is used to measure the spherical refractive-power, cylindrical refractive power,
the direction of astigmatic axis, the radius of curvature, to compute the corneal refractory
power, corneal astigmatic power and the corneal astigmatic axis angle.
FEATURES
This instrument features the following:
• The auto alignment function facilitates to get fine alignment and to start measurement auto-
matically.
• This instrument is simple to operate and measures the refraction and corneal curvature of
the eye.
PURPOSE OF THIS MANUAL
This User Manual provides an overview of the basic operation, troubleshooting, checking,
maintenance and cleaning of the TOPCON Auto Kerato-Refractometer KR-800A.
