RPMatthedrivehubsorrubbercouplingwithanon-contacttachometer
(phototach).
10.Makesurehydraulicuidisatnormaloperatingtemperaturebyoperatingthe
machineforapproximately10minutes.
11.SitintheoperatorseatandslowlypushthetractionpedaltothefullFORWARD
position.
12.VerifythepumpowatNoLoadasfollows:
A.Sitintheoperatorseatandslowlypressthetractionpedaltothefully
FORWARDposition.
B.Unrestrictedpumpoutputshouldbeapproximately51LPM(13.5GPM).
C.Recordthetesterpressureandowreadings.
13.VerifythepumpowUnderLoadasfollows:
A.SlowlypressthetractionpedaltofullyFORWARDposition.
B.Applyanadditionalloadof8,274to12,410kPa(1,200to1,800psi)
byslowlyclosingtheowmeter.
C.Recordthetesterpressureandowreadingsunderload.
14.Verifytheforwardtractionreliefvalveoperationasfollows:
A.WiththetractionpedalintheNEUTRALposition,fullyclosetheowmeter
owcontrolvalve.
B.SlowlypressthetractionpedaltowardtheFORWARDposition.
C.Thesystempressureshouldreachapproximately25,750kPa(3,300psi)
beforethereliefvalveopens.Recordthetesterpressurereading.
