Ahydraulicsswitchkit(model08783)isavailableforSandPro5040machines
tosupportthehydraulicneedsofvariousfrontandrearattachments.The
kitincludesitsownxeddisplacementgeartypehydraulicpump(P3)anda
separatehydraulicmanifold.Thepumpisdrivenbytheenginedirectly,and
mountedtotherearoftheenginethrougharubberisolatedbracket.Thevalve
manifoldismountedtothemachineframenearthekithydraulicpumpand
includesthree2positionsolenoidvalvesandareliefvalve.
WhentheswitchkitPTOswitchisintheOFFposition,allofthesolenoidvalves
arede-energizedsohydraulicuidcanpassthroughthemanifoldandback
tothehydraulictank.
WhenrearremotehydraulicsisselectedandtheswitchkitPTOswitchisin
theONposition,solenoidvalvesSV1andSV3areenergizedanduidowis
directedtotherearfemalequickdisconnecttting.Whenfrontremotehydraulics
isselectedandtheswitchkitPTOswitchisintheONposition,solenoidvalves
SV1andSV2areenergizedanduidowisdirectedtothefrontfemalequick
disconnecttting.Thethefrontandrearattachmentcircuitpressureislimitedto
17,233kPa(2500psi)bythereliefvalveinthekitmanifold.
