RemovingandInstallingtheHydraulicSystemComponents(page5–54).
3.Cleanthettingandhydrauliclineconnectionsbeforedisconnectingthe
hydrauliclinestopreventsystemcontamination.
4.Disconnectthehydrauliclinesandremovethemanifoldassemblyfromthe
machine.
5.Capthettingsandplugthehydrauliclinestopreventsystemcontamination.
6.Ifthehydraulicttingsaretoberemovedfromthemanifold,markthetting
orientationforassemblypurposesandremovethettingsfromthemanifold.
DiscardtheO-ringsfromthettings.
7.Ifthehydraulicttingswereremovedfromthemanifold,lubricatenewO-rings
withcleanhydraulicuid,positiontheO-ringstothettings,andinstallthe
ttingsinthemarkedorientation;refertoInstallingtheHydraulicFittings
(SAEStraightThreadO-RingFittings)(page5–9).
