valveisdamagedandshouldberepairedorreplaced.
13.Theunderloadtestowreading(step10)shouldnotdropmorethan20%
(3.8LPM(1GPM))whencomparedtothenoloadtestowreading(step9).
Adifferenceinowofmorethan20%(UnderLoad>NoLoadX0.8)may
indicate:
A.Arestrictioninthepumpinletline.
B.Theoptionalattachmentpumpiswornandshouldberepairedor
replaced;refertoRearRemoteHydraulics(Optional)orSwitchKit
(Optional)HydraulicPump(page5–112)orServicingtheOptionalRear
RemoteHydraulicsorOptionalSwitchKitHydraulicPump(page5–114).
14.Aftertesting:
A.Removethehydraulictesthose(s)andtester.
B.Protectthekitquick-disconnectttingsfromcontaminationbyinstalling
withthecoversandplugsprovidedwiththekit.
C.Checkandadjustthelevelofthehydraulicuidinthehydraulicreservoir;
refertothetractionunitOperator’sManual.
D.Starttheengineandcheckforanyhydraulicuidleaks.Repairhydraulic
leaksifnecessarybeforereturningthemachinetoservice.
