4.Removethefastenersatthebottomofthedashshroudandremovethe
dashshroudfromthemachine.
5.ReadandadheretotheinformationprovidedinGeneralPrecautionsfor
RemovingandInstallingtheHydraulicSystemComponents(page5–54).
6.Cleanthehydraulichoseendsandttingsontheuidcoolerbefore
disconnectingthehosestopreventcontaminatingthehydraulicsystem.
IMPORTANT
Topreventdamagetothehydraulichosesandtubes,cabletiesand
clampsmaybeusedtosecurethehosesandtubestothemachine
components.Recordthelocationofallcabletiesandclampsthat
areremovedfromthemachinesotheycanbeproperlyreplaced.
7.Disconnecthydraulichosesfromtheuidcoolerandallowthehosestodrain
intoasuitablecontainer.
8.Caporplugthehydraulicttingsandhosestopreventcontaminationfrom
enteringthehydraulicsystem.
9.Removethefastenersthatsecurethefanshroudtotheframeandcarefully
removethefanshroudanduidcoolerassemblyoutthebottomofthe
machine.
10.Removethefastenersandrubberclampsthatsecuretheuidcoolertothe
fanshroudandseparatetheshroudandcoolerifnecessary.
11.Ifhydraulicttingsaretoberemovedfromtheuidcooler,markthetting
orientationtoallowforcorrectassemblybeforeremovingthettings.
12.Installtheuidcoolerinthereverseorder.
13.Checkandadjustthehydraulicuidlevelinthehydraulictank;refertothe
tractionunitOperator’sManual.
