4.Assembletheangettesandbearingthenslidethebearingassemblyonto
thespindleshaftsothebearinglockingcollarfacesthewheel.
5.Alignthewheelandmotorassemblyandbeatingassemblywiththeforkand
carefullylowerthemachine.Makesurethebearingassemblyandwheel
motortsnuglyagainstthefork.
6.Securethewheelmotortotheoutsideoftheforkwiththepreviouslyremoved
fasteners.Tightenthefastenersngertight.
7.Securethebearingassemblytotheoutsideoftheforkwiththebearingtab
andpreviouslyremovedfasteners.Tightenthefastenersngertight.
8.Removethejackstandsandlowerthemachinetotheground.
9.Makesurefearingassemblyandhydraulicmotorarepositionedcorrectlyin
theforkandtightenthebearingandmotorfasteners.
10.Applymediumstrengththreadlockingcompoundtothebearinglockingcollar
setscrewandtightenfrom10.2to13.6N·m(90to120in–lb).
11.Usethepreviouslyremovedfastenerstosecurethehydraulictubeclamp
tothefrontfork.
12.Checkandadjustthetirepressure;refertoChassisSpecications(page
2–4).
