RPMisaboveorbelowthespeciedspeedduringatest,youwillneedto
adjusttheexpectedhydraulicperformanceparameters(aprox.3%per100
enginerpmatfullthrottle)
IMPORTANT
HydrauliccomponentoutputvolumerelatesdirectlytoengineRPM.
Forevery100enginerpmthefollowingcomponentoutputvolumes
willchangebythevolumelisted.
•TractionPump(P1):100engineRPM=1.5liters(50ounces)ofhydraulic
uiddisplacedperminute
•Implement/ChargePump(P2):100engineRPM=0.5liters(18ounces)of
hydraulicuiddisplacedperminute.
•AttachmentPump(P3)(optional):100engineRPM=0.6liters(21ounces)
ofhydraulicuiddisplacedperminute.
6.Whenyouuseahydraulictester(pressureandow),ensurethattheinletand
outlethosesareproperlyconnectedandnotreversedtopreventdamaging
thehydraulictesterorcomponents.
7.Whenyouuseahydraulictester(pressureandow),openthetesterload
valvefullybeforeyoustarttheenginetoreducethepossibilityofdamaging
thecomponents.
8.Installtestequipmenthydraulicttingsbyhandandensurethattheyarenot
cross-threadedbeforeyoutightenthemwithawrench.
9.Positionanytesthosesawayfrompartsthatmaymoveduringthetest
procedure.
10.Afteryouconnectthetestequipment,checkthehydraulic-uidlevelinthe
hydraulictankandensurethattheuidleveliscorrect.
11.Performallthehydraulictestswiththehydraulicuidatnormaloperating
temperature.
