1.LubricateandtnewO-ringsontothetankttings.Installthettingsmaking
surethatthettinglocationandorientationisasnotedduringremoval.
Tightenttingsasspecied;refertoFigure82.
2.Fitthehydraulictankontothemachineframe.
IMPORTANT
Afterthehydraulictankisinstalled,a3.2to9.5mm(0.125”to0.375”)
clearanceshouldexistbetweenthehydraulictankandthefueltank.
3.Applyanti-seizelubricanttothethreadsofthethree(3)capscrewsand
securethehydraulictanktothemachineframewiththecapscrews,theat
washersandthebushings.Tightenthecapscrewsfrom3.4to6.7N∙m
(30to60in-lb).
4.Installthecarboncanisterassemblytothehydraulictankwiththetwo(2)
capscrewsandthespacers.Tightenthecapscrewsfrom12to16N∙m
(110to140in-lb).
5.Removetheplugsandthecapsfromthehydraulichosesandttings.Using
thelabelsplacedduringremoval,connectthehydraulichosestothetank
ttings.Tightentheconnectionsasspecied;refertoInstallingHydraulic
HosesandTubes(O-RingFaceSeal)(page4–8).
6.Chargethehydraulicsystem;refertoChargingtheHydraulicSystem(page
4–79).
