Placeblocksunderthebedbartoraisetherearrolleroffoftheworksurface.
2.Loosentheangenutsthatsecuretherearrollerretainerassemblies(ange
nuts,socketheadscrews,shaftretainer,spacerandshims)tothecuttingunit.
Note:OncuttingunitsequippedwiththeoptionalHighHeight-of-CutKit,
therewillbeadditionalrollershimsinstalledbetweentherearrollerandthe
cuttingunitsideplate.
3.Removeoneoftherearrollerretainerassemblies.
4.Slidetherearrollerassemblyfromtheremainingretainerassembly.
5.Removetheremainingretainerassemblyfromthecuttingunitifnecessary.
InstallingtheRearRoller
1.Placethecuttingunitonalevelworksurface.Placeblocksunderthebedbar
toraisetherearofthecuttingunitoffoftheworksurface.
Note:RefertotheCuttingUnitOperator’sManualtodeterminethenumber
ofshimsrequiredforthedesiredheight-of-cutrange.
2.Ifpreviouslyremoved,installoneoftherearrollerretainerassemblies(ange
nuts,socketheadscrews,shaftretainer,spacerandshims)tothecuttingunit.
3.Slidetherearrollershaftintotheretainerassemblyattachedtothecutting
unit.
