6.8 Adjustment of High-Voltage Transformer
When replacing the high-voltage transformer, you must check each output adjustment of the main
charger bias, developer bias, transfer bias, transfer cleaning bias (positive), transfer cleaning bias
(negative) and separation bias.

Process Unit Take the process unit out of the equipment, an then install the high-voltage transformer
jig to the unit.
High-Voltage
Transformer Jig
Install the high-voltage transformer jig in the equipment.
Notes:
Connect the green cable of the high-voltage transformer jig to ground on the
equipment frame.
