KR: The IP address of the switch will be used to encode the

OCE: The MAC address of the switch will be used to encode
the Circuit-ID option.
WFH: The user specified string with the maximum length of
32 characters will be used to encode the Circuit-ID option.

If the UDF is selected, specify a string with the maximum length
of 32 characters to encode the Circuit-id option.
