The AutoPulse Z-10 cabinet does not provide conduit knockouts. Cutting conduit openings must
be done without the electronics assembly installed in the cabinet.
Keep the following guidelines in mind when cutting conduit openings:
Remove the electronics assembly before cutting conduit openings. Refer to
“Removing/Installing the Electronics Assembly,” earlier in this chapter.
Remove all metal shards from the cabinet after cutting openings.
AC power (non-power limited) wiring must be run in separate conduit from all other wiring,
as shown in the figure below. Non-power limited wiring must be separated from power
limited wiring by a minimum of 1/4”.
Other non-power limited wiring from Aux Relays (i.e., 120 VAC) must be run in a separate
conduit. Non-power limited wiring must be separated from power limited wiring by a
minimum of 1/4”.
