2. Once connected to the system, the call duration includes the total time the call is
connected including periods when the call is on hold, in queue, etc.
3. To enable Call Cost Display, the “SMDR Cost per Unit Pulse” and “SMDR Decimal”
must be assigned. When not assigned, the call duration is provided by the system.
