2. Press the desired Flex button.
3. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button.
4. Dial the digits from the Station User Program Code or Fixed Number Plan.
5. Press the [HOLD/SAVE] button.
Conditions
1. The {LOOP} and {POOL} buttons provide a status indication for the call as long as the
station has supervisory control.
2. If there is no available {LINE}, {LOOP} or {POOL} button for a call, the station will not
ring for an incoming outside call; transfers to the station immediately recall the initiator
and recalls are routed directly to the Attendant.
3. A station may have multiple {LOOP} and {POOL} buttons.
4. When all outside Lines in a group are busy, any {POOL} buttons associate with the
group will show busy, otherwise, {POOL} buttons will only display the status of an
activate call.
5. {POOL} buttons will access a Line from the designated group using the Round Robin
or Last Used method as assigned in the database.
6. The priority for the appearance of an outside call transfer is first a direct Line
appearance ({LINE} button), if not available a {LOOP} appearance is employed, if not
available a {POOL} appearance is used. If there is no appearance available, the
transferring station recalls immediately.
