An error code received during a Pop3 session.

Initial Actions
• Ensure a valid email address is being entered.
• Validate the Pop3 server set up.
• Ensure correct entry of user name and password.
• Check that authentication option is enabled on machine.
Procedure
If problem persists, contact Email or network administrate.
17-100 IP Conflict Error Fault
The IP address conflicts with that of another system causing a machine communication error.

Procedure
Use Xerox Easy Print Manger to obtain a new IP address.
From the menu, select: [Machine Settings, Network Settings, Assign IP address].
