Removing the power unit
NOTE:
It is recommended to loosen the flywheel
magnet nut before removing the power unit to
improve working efficiency.
1. Remove the flywheel magnet cover.
2. Disconnect the battery leads, PTT motor
leads

, and main switch coupler

3. Disconnect the PTT switch coupler

.
4. Disconnect the warning indicator cou-
plers

(tiller handle model).
5. Disconnect the throttle cable

, shift
cable

, throttle link rod

, and shift

6. Remove the oil dipstick

7. Remove the shift rod bolts

8. Disconnect the cooling water pilot hose,
flushing hose, and fuel hose.
