Operating Procedure
Step Operation Result

Press the Key to display the
Utility Mode Main Menu, and then
use the Key or Key to
select Fn008.

Press the Key.
The Fn008 (Reset Absolute
Encoder) execution display will
appear.

Press the Key to go from from
PGCL1 to PGCL5.

Press the Key.
The absolute encoder will be reset.
When processing has been com-
pleted, the status display will flash
DONE for approximately one sec-
ond and then return to 1:A.810.

Press the Key.
The display will return to the Utility
Mode Main Menu.
6
Turn the power supply OFF and ON
again.
The parameter settings are now
enabled and the alarm will have
been cleared.
