After performing a no-load test run, connect the motor and proceed to run the motor and load together.

Precautions for Connected Machinery
WARNING! Sudden Movement Hazard. System may start unexpectedly upon application of power, resulting in serious injury or
death. Clear all personnel from the drive, motor, and machine area before applying power. Secure covers, couplings,
shaft keys, and machine loads before applying power to the drive.
WARNING! Sudden Movement Hazard. Verify correct functionality of emergency stop circuits before equipment is placed into
service. Failure to comply could result in serious injury or death. An untested emergency circuit may fail to operate
properly when required.
Do not connect when the main circuit power and control power are ON.
Check that the motor has come to a complete stop.
Connect the load and machinery to the motor.
Fasten all installation screws properly and check that the motor and connected machinery are secure.

Operating the Motor under Loaded Conditions
Test run the application similarly to the no-load test procedure when connecting the machinery to the motor.
Monitor U1-03 for overcurrent during operation.
If the application permits running the load in the reverse direction, change the motor direction and the frequency
reference while watching for abnormal motor oscillation or vibration.
Correct any problems that occur with hunting, oscillation, or other control-related issues.
