Communications data error occurred due to
electrical interference.
Check the various options available to minimize the effects of electrical
interference.
Counteract electrical interference in the control circuit, main circuit, and
ground wiring.
If the magnetic contactor is identified as a source of electrical
interference, install a surge protector to the MC coil.
Use only recommended cables or other shielded line. Ground the shield
on the controller side or on the drive input power side.
Separate all communication wiring from drive power lines. Install an
EMC noise filter to the drive input power supply.

Communication protocol is incompatible.
Check the H5 parameter settings and the protocol setting in the controller
and ensure settings are compatible.
The CE detection time (H5-09) is set shorter
