Setting Value Function Description
7 Drive S7 Passthrough Drive Multi-function input S7.
21 Run (AUTO) Starts and stops the bypass.
22 Run Enable - Safety (NC) Stops the bypass.
23 Run Interlock (BAS) Stops the drive and triggers alarm AL02
24 Remote Transfer to Bypass Stops the drive and turns on the bypass when a Run command is issued while in Drive Mode.
25 Emergency Override Bypass Stops the drive and turns on the bypass when a Run command is issued while in Drive Mode.
26 Emergency Override Drive
(FWD)
The bypass controller stays in this state even if the drive faults or is unavailable.
27 Motor OR Select 2-Motor OR function; 0/1 for Motor 1/2.
28 Motor AND Select 2-Motor AND function; 0/1 for 1/2 motor.
29 External Overload Motor 1
(NC)
When input is open, it will trigger an oL fault and open bypass (K3) contactors.
30 External Overload Motor 2
(NC)
When input is open, it will trigger an oL fault and open bypass (K3) contactors.
31 HAND Select The HAND function command will come from a digital input and the unit ignores the HAND key on the HOA operator.
32 AUTO Select The AUTO function command will come from a digital input and the unit ignores the AUTO key on the HOA operator.
33 Drive/Bypass Select The DRIVE/BYPASS select function command will come from a digital input, and the unit ignores the DRV/BYP key on the HOA
operator.
ON : Bypass Mode is selected
OFF : Drive Mode is selected
34 Fault Reset Resets any faults that are present.
35 External Fault (EF0) Issues external fault EF0 from the bypass to the drive.
36 External Fault (EFB) Triggers external fault EFB on the bypass.
37 Run Reverse (AUTO) Starts and stops the bypass in reverse.
38 Fire Stat Switch (NC) Stops the drive from running and shows Fire Stat on the keypad.
39 Freeze Stat Switch (NC) Stops the drive from running and shows Freeze Stat on the keypad.
40 Smoke Alarm (NC) Stops the drive from running and shows Smoke Alarm on the keypad.
41 OverPressure Switch (NC) Stops the drive from running and shows OverPressure on the keypad.
42 Low Suction Switch (NC) Stops the drive from running and shows Low Suction on the keypad.
43 Vibration Switch (NC) Stops the drive from running and shows Vibration on the keypad.
44 Emergency Override Drive
(REV)
The bypass controller stays in this state even if the drive faults or is unavailable.
45 Serial Hardware Test (RS-
485)
46 Low City Pressure Indicates that sufficient or insufficient pressure is present on the inlet to the pump. Used mainly for pressure booster situations.
47 Motor Preheat Sets the command to apply the motor pre-heat current.

1 K1 Drive Input Contactor Set when the K1 contactor is closed.
2 K2 Drive Output Contactor Set when the K2 contactor is closed.
3 K3 Bypass Contactor Set when the K3 contactor is closed.
4 K4 Motor 1 Contactor Set when the K4 contactor is closed.
5 K5 Motor 2 Contactor Set when the K5 contactor is closed.
6 READY System ready.
7 RUN Active Drive run or bypass run active.
