Remove the BV Holder Base
Disconnect the 02 Valve Cable from the SPM PCB
Disconnect the Hoses (6) from the Flow Manifold Assembly

Remove the hose from the Compressor
Intake. Note: Cover the Compressor
Inlet to avoid any screws/particles from
falling in.

Remove the hose from the BV Holder
base.

Unscrew the 2 screw (with washers)
holding the BV Holder base.

Remove the bacterial filter housing. Pay
attention to the integrity of the Anti-
asphyxia valve and the O-ring behind it.

Note orientation of Oxygen Flow valve
cable. Disconnect Oxygen Flow Valve
cable from J2 of SPM PCB by pinching
on the locking latch and pulling up on the
connector.
