LAN
8.1  Overview
This chapter describes how to configure LAN settings.
A Local Area Network (LAN) is a shared communication system to which many computers are 
attached. A LAN is a computer network limited to the immediate area, usually the same building or 
floor of a building.

The LAN screens can help you configure a manage IP address, and partition your physical network 
into logical networks.
8.2  What You Can Do
•Use the IP screen to change the IP address for your LTE3311 (Section 8.4 on page 85).
8.3  What You Need To Know
The actual physical connection determines whether the LTE3311 ports are LAN or WAN ports. There 
are two separate IP networks, one inside the LAN network and the other outside the WAN network 
as shown next.
