Panel๎contains๎a๎builtโin๎microphone๎that๎
can๎monitor๎sounds๎around๎the๎area๎of๎the๎
Control๎Panel.๎The๎builtโin๎microphone๎and๎
speaker๎allow๎2โway๎voice๎communications๎
with๎a๎Central๎Station๎operator๎after
๎an๎
alarm.๎The๎operator๎can๎converse๎with๎
people๎in๎the๎premises๎through๎the๎Control๎
Panelโ s๎speaker๎and๎microphone.
Your๎installer๎can๎set๎the๎system๎to๎use๎2โ
way๎voice๎communications๎after๎an๎alarm๎
and/or๎after๎a๎panic๎alarm๎is๎triggered.
NOTE: If๎a๎panic๎alarm๎or๎sensor๎is๎set๎
for๎a๎silent๎alarm,๎the๎operator๎can๎
only๎listen๎and๎will๎not๎be๎able๎to๎
talk.๎This๎is๎for๎your๎protection.
KEY FOB: ARMING AND

Your๎system๎may๎be๎equipped๎with๎one๎or๎
more๎wireless๎key๎fobs.๎Up๎to๎eight๎(8)๎key๎
fobs๎can๎be๎used๎to๎control๎the๎system๎
remotely.๎Each๎key๎fob๎has๎four๎(4)๎buttons๎
and๎can๎perform๎five๎(5)๎functions.๎A๎user๎
code๎is๎not๎required๎when๎arming๎or๎
disarming๎the๎system
๎with๎a๎wireless๎key๎fob.
Several๎key๎fob๎options๎can๎be๎set๎by๎the๎

Arm with a Key Fob
Stay Mode
To๎arm๎the๎system๎to๎Stay๎mode๎using๎a๎key๎
fob,๎tap๎the๎๎Stay๎button.

are๎open,๎the๎system๎may๎not๎

To๎arm๎the๎system๎to๎Away๎mode๎using๎a๎key๎

Disarm with a Key Fob
To๎disarm๎the๎system๎from๎Stay๎or๎Away๎
mode๎sing๎a๎key๎fob,๎tap๎the๎๎Disarm๎
button.
NOTE: To๎use๎your๎key๎fob๎to๎disarm๎
your๎system,๎this๎option๎must๎
already๎be๎enabled๎by๎your๎
installer.
Activate the Emergency Alarm
To๎trigger๎an๎emergency๎alarm๎using๎a๎key๎
fob,๎press๎and๎hold๎the๎๎Away๎button๎and๎
๎Disarm๎button๎at๎the๎same๎time๎for๎5๎
seconds.๎
NOTE: If๎an๎emergency๎alarm๎is๎
triggered๎by๎a๎key๎fob,๎it๎cannot๎be๎
stopped๎using๎the๎key๎fob๎Disarm๎
button.๎The๎alarm๎must๎be๎
canceled๎at๎the๎Control๎Panel.
Activate the Auxiliary Output
To๎trigger๎the๎Control๎Panelโ s๎auxiliary๎
output,๎tap๎the๎Auxiliary๎button.
