Packing the SCAN II scanner
The most sensitive and heaviest unit is the SCAN II scanner. Please handle with care, the device
weighs more than 29kg (65 lbs).
Place the scanner into the nylon bag.
The structure of the BOX 2 including the rubber foams is shown on Figure 4. The shape of the foam in
the box defines the orientation how the scanner should be placed inside, so first please examine it!
The scanner should be lifted up by holding the scanner at its motherboard between its feet and taken
inside the BOX 2’s lower part onto the foams inside it.
The shape of the rubber foam defines the orientation, how they should put on. After the scanner and
foams are taken in, you can place the upper part of the box of the scanner. Now place the BOX 2 into
BOX 1 and place the fixing foams around.

Packing the accessories
Place inside BOX 1 all the accessories of the scanner. BOX 3, 4, 5 and BOX 6 should be next to each
other. Fill the gaps with pellets.
Closing the package
Place the top to BOX 1. Secure it with strap.
