Pannoramic SCAN II 2.2.0 User’s Guide 6.4.2 Removing a slide
Caution!
If the slide is broken, make sure to remove all pieces completely from
the device. The edge of the broken area of the slide is sharp and it can lead
to injury and contagion! Broken slide can be removed only by a well-trained
person!
7. Release clamping lever (4) and turn down the slide loader (2) back into the original position
and pull it inwardly, until the guiding pin connects with the motor block groove again.
8. Press the slide loader down to mechanical stop position, in which the locking lever must
engage (1). Use moderate force to press the loader part opposite the motor in clamp
direction (2), until this part mechanically engages, too.
9. Close the protective cover again (see chapter 6.4.1 Removing the protective covers).
10. Launch the control software.
