This is done in order to prevent the tilthouse
from falling down when the upper link is re-
moved.
DANGER
If not secured the tilthouse will fall down when
the upper link is removed. See figure!

Turn off all:
electric power supply
hydraulic pressure supply
air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot working
area.

Secure the tilthouse with a roundsling in an
overhead crane or similar.

See Replacing motor, axis 6 on
page 309.
Disconnect motor cables from motor axis 6.
Place the motor cables in a way that it will not
be damaged.
