Replacement procedures
16. Slide the flow module out of the carrier. Guide the gas lines through the
slot in the front of the carrier.

17. Replace the EPC flow module.
18. Reassemble in reverse order. Remember to fold the module ribbon cable
and reconnect the ribbon cable from the front inlet, if applicable.
