15 Maintaining a Valve
To Remove the Upper Valve Box
1 Gather a T-20 Torx screwdriver.
2 Set the valve box to a safe handling temperature (25 °C), or
load the GC maintenance method.
3 Lift and remove the detector cover.
4 Remove the mounting screws from the upper valve box.
5 Lift up and set aside.
WARNING
The oven, inlet, detector, and valve box may be very hot. If they are
hot, wear heat-resistant gloves to protect your hands.
