1b Operation Reference
This chapter describes each of the instrument’s functions including all of the front panel
keys, the rear panel connectors, and the optional remote interface and memory interface.
This information is presented in the same functional groups as the front panel key
functional groupings.
NOTE Option 1EP adds a pager encoder capability to the standard functions.
Consequently the front panel of the Option 1EP instrument is different from
the standard instrument’s front panel. The green and blue labels are
incorporated for the pager encoding settings only. Therefore these keys have
multiple functions on instruments with Option 1EP.
