Performance Tests
Pulse Modulation Rise Time Performance Test (Option 1E6 Only)
Measure the Rise Time
1. Use the timebase delay to align a rising pulse edge with the center of the oscilloscope
screen.
2. Change the timebase to 2 ns/div.
3. Display the envelope of channel 1.
4. Set the frequency of the 8648 to that listed in the test record. For this frequency
measure the 10% to 90% rise time of the RF pulse.
