Replace Oil Mist/Exhaust Filter - MS120+
Schedule
Replace the exhaust filter when any of these conditions occur:
• 8000 hours scheduled, or yearly
• considerable pump temperature increase
• in extreme cases, spontaneous ignition of oil lubricant.
Equipment List
• Clean chemical-resistant gloves
• Safety glasses
• X3702-68201 MS 120 Exhaust Filter Cartridge
1 Put on clean, chemical-resistant gloves.
2 Remove the cover by unscrewing the screws holding it in place. Place the
cover and screws in a secure location.
3 Remove the tank cover by unscrewing the screws holding it in place. Place the
tank cover, screws and gasket in a secure location.
4 Remove and replace the exhaust filter and it’s O Ring.
5 Reassemble the gasket and tank cover using a screwdriver.
6 Reinstall the cover using a screwdriver.
