Defect pressure transmitter. Feedback signal from transmitter is
higher than the actual pressure.
• Stop the system, and compare inlet pressure, pressure from RO if
installed, or direct from manometer on filter house. Compare with
value from transmitter on display. System page.
• Try and do a start on one zone to see if pressure is slowly building up
to 50 bars and stays.
• If not, change the pressure transmitter.
1902
By-pass valve adjusted too high or by-pass is defect. If pressure
goes above 70 bar for more than 10 sec. or 80 bar in 0,1 sec. then
the system will shut down all zones.
• Loosen the by-pass 1-2 turns and redo by-pass adjustment. Follow
guideline in system startup.
• Unable to adjust the by-pass, replace the by-pass valve.
