5. Installation
Positioning
• Install the RO Inline on an even surface wall with designed wall bracket
or
• Position the RO Inline on the oor against a wall and x it to the wall with
screws or a bracket.
Drain
• Drain for waste water has to be Ø40 mm, terminated 20 cm above oor level
Water connections
• Connect 10 mm hose to RO drain - lead it to drain
• Connect 10 mm hose to RO hygiene drain - lead it to drain
• Connect 3/4” hose to RO water out - lead it to drain during startup
- after startup, connect it to the humidication system
• Connect 3/4” water supply hose to RO water in
• Secure all hoses properly so they stay in position also during operation
• Turn o F1 and F2 in the control box
• Connect supply power
Make sure that all connections between RO and drain has no physical contact due to hygiene
Positioning
• Position the RO Plus on the oor 35 - 50 cm from the wall
- The booster supply pump should be below water outlet on tank
Drain
• Drain for waste water has to be Ø40 mm, terminated 20 cm above oor level
Water connections
• Connect water supply to water inlet on RO Plus™
• Connect 10 mm hose from permeate outlet
- Connect it to tank inlet
• Connect 10 mm hose from RO drain
- Lead it to drain
• Connect 3/4” hose from tank outlet
- Connect to Booster pump inlet
• Connect 3/4” hose from Booster pump outlet
- Connect to consumer
• Secure all hoses proper so they stay in position also during operation
• Install wire from RO control
- Connect it to connection box on the water tank
Make sure that all connections between RO and drain has no physical contact due to hygiene
