5. Installation
5.2 First water lter
Positioning
• Position the lterhouse in a height where it’s easy to access for lter change, and to read the pressure
• Minimum free space below the lterhouse is 35 cm
• See illustration in section 3.
5.3 Softening
Positioning
• Position the softener system on the or, so it’s easy to take a water sample and to service/maintain both control heads and the salt/brine tank
• Connect salt/brine tank, water inlet, outlet and drain hoses
• Check the disk and salt setting is as ordered

Do not add salt yet
5.4 Carbon lter
Positioning
• Position the carbon lter on the or, so it’s easy to disconnect it and move it to a safe working area, when replacement of active carbon lling is needed

Carbon lter should always be position after the softener
5.5 Second water lter
Positioning
• Position the lterhouse in a height where it’s easy to access for lter change.
• Minimum free space below the lterhouse is 35 cm

This lter should be the last component before RO units if present, or as the last component before the highpressure pump
5.1 Pre instruction
Installation of Airtec systems should only be carried out by proper trained technical personnel to avoid risk and danger.
Start by installing all components from lter until the HydroSens unit
• See illustration in section 3.
Connect and startup all components except the HydroSens, so it’s in ”operation” while you do the rest of the installation.
If the system has more than one zone, complete the rst zone and start it up
Do not activate zones in the HydroSens before the zone is completed 100%
