8. Service
Check the non return valve. • Close the outlet ball valve.
• Check that the pressure vessel can maintain the pressure after production
stop . The pressure will drop < 0,3 bar immediately after stop.
- if the pressure drops further, replace the non return valve

Read hours and counters. • Go to the maintenance menu - password 9963.
- Read operating hours.
- Read pump hours.
- Read alarm counters and power on/off counter.
- Reset alarm counters and power on/off counter.

Check for leaks. • Check all connection are tight.
• Leave it for 10 min and come back all should be dry.
Check UV light. • Shut down booster pump.
- On the fuse in RO control.
• Untighten the fitting that holds the UV light in place.
• Lift the lamp out carefully.
• Check that the lamp is still active.
• This lamp should be replaced every 12 month.
• Reassemble and start the pump again.
•
This type of light contains mercury, dispose of accordingly to local rules.
