Water tank is empty

System is in alarm. • Follow the guide depending on the alarm code 100-500.
902
Alarm LED is defect. • System is in alarm, but alarm LED is defect, no light.
- Check if PLC output 07 is ON or blinking.
- Replace LED if it is.
Water tank overow
Fault
code: Cause Solution
1001
Solenoid valve water inlet is defect, and do not close when tank is
full. Production pump will be stopped, and output 02 LED is o.
• Check that PLC output 02 is off.
• Close the supply water line. The water flow to tank should stop after
shortly after.
• If it does, replace valve.
1002
Top sensor is defect or blocked, so the production pump continues
to produce water waiting for the top sensor to give the “stop signal“.
• Check if PLC input 03 is OFF.
- Off = Replace sensor.
