3. Highlight the line for the tunnel ID of interest and click Edit. The Edit GRE Tunnel screen appears, as
shown in Figure 23.

4. Click the IP Version drop-down list and select IPv4 or IPv6.
5. Enter the corresponding GRE tunnel values for the switch.
n To configure an IPv4 GRE tunnel , use the values for Switch-1 based on the network shown in Figure 18.
n To configure an IPv6 GRE tunnel , use the values for Switch-1 based on the network shown in Figure 19.
If a VLANinterface has IPv6 addresses configured, one of them is used as the tunnel source IPv6 address. If the
selected IPv6 address is deleted from the VLAN interface, then the tunnel source IPaddress is reconfigured with the
next available IPv6 address.
