5.1.4.1 "Dead man" system.
For safety reasons, when turning on the machine, after activating the EMERGENCY STOP button (11) by
turning it clockwise, to have the commands available on the console, press the START button (17) to:
- Turn on the radio control and activate data transmission (radio control version only);
- Activate the console commands.
As an option, at the customer's request, it is possible to set up the machine with a consent pedal
(OPTIONAL) which is added to the function of the start button, with three possible settable functions:
OPTION N.1:
To control all the movements when the platform is out of the transport condition (see working diagrams)
it is necessary to have the pedal pressed.
With the pedal released, it is possible to control the translation and the ascent / descent / rotation
movements only with the platform in transport condition (see working diagrams);
OPTION N.2:
It is necessary to press the pedal only to enable the translation when the platform is out of the transport
condition (see working diagrams).
OPTION N.3:
The pedal must always be depressed to enable all controls, regardless of the condition of the platform.
With this configuration, it is not possible to control the machine with a foot operator.
