In the event of a fault in the control system, but
with the heat engine (or the single-phase electric
pump) still running, it is possible in an emergency
to make short movements of the machine (control
of the tracks) by manually activating the travel
control solenoid valves.
The manual emergency controls are located on
the base carriage:
1. Rear hood;
2. Red solenoid valve activation fork;
3. Main hydraulic block.
To manually activate the tracks:
a. Completely remove the rear hood (1) to
freely access the hydraulic block;
b. Press and rotate the manual operators of
the solenoid valves (A) and (B) clockwise;
c. Fully screw in the manual operators (C)
and (D);
d. Activate the solenoid valves (E) to control
the left track and (F) to control the right
track.
Pulling the manual operator of one of the two solenoid valves (E) and (F) outwards by means of the red
activation fork (2) as described in the previous paragraphs, the machine moves BACKWARDS (the machine
moves towards the platform).
By pressing the manual operator of one of the two solenoid valves (E) and (F), the machine moves
FORWARD (the machine moves in the opposite direction to the position of the platform).
RISK OF OVERTURNING!
The operations described are permitted only to authorized technicians and are only permitted with
arms lowered and no operator on the platform.
The danger of overturning and / or crushing.
Some manual operators are normally sealed and the seal must be broken before operating in manual
emergencies. At the end of the operation, bring the machine back to its original condition, also
restoring the missing seals.
